Design problems

No UX foundation or structure โ€” no user flows, navigation, and design system. The experience lacked clear paths from content to action and had no engagement or retention mechanics.

No system to activate or retain users. It was difficult to drive conversion, guide users to key actions, or build consistent engagement over time.

Building the product foundation

With no existing UX, system, or engagement logic, the product had to be designed from scratch. We applied a structured approach to define the core experience and product direction.

User persona defined a core user segment to align product decisions with real needs, goals, and constraints, helping prioritize features and shape the overall product direction.

Design process followed the Double Diamond framework, guiding the team from problem discovery to solution definition and ensuring clarity in both user needs and product direction.

Engagement model mapped key flows from learning to engagement and conversion, creating a foundation for retention and monetization.
